We’re looking for both Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with a proven track record in Building Services Engineering, ideally experienced in delivering projects valued between £15–£25 million.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the Project Manager on a high-profile Healthcare development in Central London. The project encompasses all the complex Building Services typically found in a large Healthcare / Hospital environment, so prior experience within Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors would be highly advantageous.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor, a company known for its stability, progression, and ability to lead major projects as both Principal Contractor and Specialist M&E Contractor. They consistently deliver high-quality schemes ranging from £10m to £200m+ (M&E) across Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Mission Critical, Commercial (New Build), and Mixed-Use sectors throughout London and Europe.
