Established over 20 years ago, they specialise in designing low energy buildings across the mission critical, science and research, and commercial office sectors. Led by a Director who is an expert in decarbonisation, their MEP team produces smart, practical, and sustainable engineering solutions.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take a leading role in project delivery, guiding junior and senior engineers while ensuring that all projects meet high standards in design, performance, and sustainability. You’ll oversee design calculations, conduct detailed feasibility studies, and collaborate with both internal and external teams to deliver projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to use all their skills in HVAC design, mentoring, and client management. You will become a key part of a company that genuinely values its people and offers a relaxed yet professional working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in the building services industry.
  • Familiar with IESVe or Hevacomp.
  • Able to review models in AutoCAD & Revit.
  • Good overall knowledge of building services and building performance engineering.
  • Able to write and review reports, specifications, and technical documents.
