Unlock the ultimate work-life balance; a 3-day weekend every other week and just two days a week in the office! Plus you will join an inclusive, fun and friendly consultancy that designs buildings that benefit society. Established in London 20 years ago, this Building Services Consultancy has created a truly unique working environment. It’s a culture that drives innovation, encourages inclusivity, and offers every employee the opportunity to achieve their true potential.
As a key contributor to the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard, L.E.T.I and the Society of Digital Engineering (CIBSE), it is one of the true pioneers of green building design. They attract, develop, and retain some of the most creative and intelligent individuals in the industry. Individuals who have a real knack for designing buildings that tread more lightly on the planet and help people live happier and healthier lives.
Due to growth, they are now looking for a client-facing Senior Mechanical Engineer with previous Residential, Hotel, or Resort project experience for their London studio. From designing net zero carbon luxury resorts, a new school for monks, low carbon workplaces, or affordable housing, you’ll feel good that you are making the built environment a better place. Most of their work is directly with architects or end users; and rather than shying away from the detail, they often take projects to RIBA Stage 4b. They also carry out post-occupancy evaluations which allows their engineers to understand how buildings operate in reality, rather than how they were predicted to operate in IES models.
They are looking for someone who enjoys designing net zero carbon buildings and values diversity, inclusivity, and equality.
