As a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, enjoy a great work / life balance where you work 1-2 days at home, 1-2 days in the office and 1-2 days on site over Monday - Friday.

Professionally qualified, this role will suit someone who can demonstrate good Mechanical Design ideally with a Building Services Consultancy and looking to become more "rounded" and working for a high profile Design & Build Contractor who work directly with the Client allowing you to build and strengthen these relationships.

Their portfolio is impressive and includes large London HQ's, Hotels, Sports & Leisure complexes and Government / Aviation. They have secured a Framework with one large Client until 2030 to decarbonise all their buildings.

They are a unique company, offering design, installation, project management, commissioning, service, and maintenance. Privately owned, now an EOT where all the staff get a say in the direction of the firm, and regarding where profit is reinvested in.

You will also receive Profit Share payments twice a year (Tax Free) as part of your package along with a basic salary of £70/75k, 2 Bonuses based on work won and Design work which typically enhances the package by another £10/25k.
