An ambitious, highly acquisitive property business, backed by a leading private equity firm, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its dynamic and fast-paced team based in Liverpool Street, London. This London-headquartered group continues to expand rapidly through strategic acquisitions and organic growth, and this role offers a high-visibility opportunity to influence decision-making across a multi-entity and regionally diverse portfolio.
The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a key link between finance and the operational teams, taking full ownership of regional financial performance and driving meaningful insight through accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end regional financial management including P&L ownership, balance sheet integrity, and cash flow analysis
- Delivery of month-end and narrative packs for senior management, highlighting key trends and variances
- Review and reporting of consistent operational KPIs across multiple entities
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of data integrity across core and non-core systems
- Oversight of trade debtors and aged creditor control, working closely with local teams
- Preparation and submission of quarterly reports
