Group Treasury Manager
Build the treasury function, don't just run it.
A rapidly growing, PE-backed group seek a Group Treasury Manager to take genuine ownership of cash, debt and banking as they grow. This isn't a mature, static function you'll inherit and maintain. It's an active, hands-on treasury agenda with multiple funding lines, a fast-moving cash position, and a steady flow of acquisitions to integrate. If you want to build and own processes rather than police someone else's, this is your role.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and with a Treasury Analyst reporting to you, you'll be at the centre of how the Group funds its growth and puts its cash to work.
What you'll do
You'll own the Group's rolling 12-month integrated cash flow forecast — consolidating inputs from across the business, working directly with finance and non-finance colleagues to sense-check and challenge the numbers, and continually sharpening forecast accuracy. You'll manage the Group's debt facilities day to day, act as the primary contact for our banking relationships, and lead the drive to rationalise and simplify banking structures as we scale.
There's a real commercial edge to the role: you'll take ownership of optimising interest income on surplus cash — through fixed-term deposits, sweep structures and smart movement of cash between entities — always balanced against liquidity needs and risk appetite. You'll monitor interest rate risk on our debt and support hedging decisions (caps, swaps) with senior finance and external advisers.
And because growth is the story here, you'll model the cash flow, liquidity and covenant impact of acquisitions in the pipeline, partner on funding requirements, and lead the treasury integration of completed deals — banking, cash visibility,
