This is a high-profile, high-impact role for an ACA or ACCA audit trained, qualified technical specialist who wants ownership, visibility with senior stakeholders, and the chance to raise the bar on how a listed group tells its financial story.

- Drive reporting excellence — enhancing controls, automation and efficiency, and partnering with Regional Finance teams to secure high-quality, IFRS-compliant submissions.
- Support Investor Relations and strategic finance initiatives, while coaching and developing colleagues to strengthen capability across Group Reporting.
What we're looking for
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-2 years post-qualified experience gained in a large organisation — ideally listed group reporting and/or a Big 4 audit background.
- Deep IFRS expertise, including strong consolidation and disclosure knowledge and the ability to interpret and apply new standards.
- Strong audit and governance experience, including managing external audits and preparing technical papers for senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills — able to coach others and partner effectively across global finance and non-finance teams.
