Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. You will join us on a part time basis (20 hours per week). In return, you will receive a competitive salary. Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.
As Learning and Development Coordinator, the successful candidate will play an integral role in conducting inductions for new starters, leading on all matters related to Learning and Development, as well as developing and conducting effective in-house training and development programmes and courses. This is to ensure the growth and development of HA staff, value for money in Learning and Development, and that Human Appeal retains the best possible staff in a timely manner and at a low cost, using a fair and objective process. We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.
