Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Donor Care Advisor (Middle East Department) to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. You will join us as casual contract on a temporary basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.71 per hour depending on experience.
Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.
As Donor Care Advisor, the successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining the relationship with Human Appeal's new and existing donors. Ensuring clear communication is provided when updating them on how their donation has been spent through explanation of Human Appeal's local and international projects and courteously endorsing their continued contribution.
We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Donor Care Advisor:
- Receive feedback from donors
- Provide good customer service
- Increase donor donations
- Retain donors who may be thinking of moving to another Charity
- Pass on calls to the appropriate departments for enquiries
What we’re looking for in our Donor Care Advisor:
- Education: 5 GCSEs C or above
- No experience required
- Skills: MS Office Suite
- Languages: Fluent English, other languages are a bonus
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector
