- Engage with Human Appeal donors.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email in a warm and courteous manner.
- Maintain the call centre database by entering or updating information accurately.
- Generate funding for Human Appeal through telephone donations.
- Follow up on pledges made by donors during events.
- Assist in generating ticket sales for fundraising events.
- Attend and support Live TV and Radio Appeals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels are met.
- Maximise donor retention.
