Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Senior Managerto join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £49,300 – £66,700 per annum depending on experience.

As Business Intelligence Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in leading on the planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to the design, development, and implementation of function/organizational reporting and analytics, while also ensuring the maintenance, support, and upgrade of reports, dashboards, and data warehouses. The Business Intelligence Manager will collaborate with multiple departments to support data-driven decision making and enhance performance of organisation strategy.

Key duties and responsibilities
- Establish a Data Quality Management process
- Work closely with related managers to establish automated processes as required.
- Standardize Reporting and Dashboard for all Human Appeal family and departments
- Implement a Data Analytics and Insights function
- Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Education:
- Degree in Business Intelligence or IT related equivalent
- Project management qualification or extensive experience
- Desirable:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Tableau certifications).
- Certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools, such as Tableau Specialist or Power BI Data Analyst.
