Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple product areas from conception to launch
- Own strategic decisions around our product direction
- Design endâtoâend flows and experiences that are simple and elegant, solving the most pressing problems our customers are experiencing
- Align business vision with customer requirements, turning them into useful features
- Work closely with the Engineering team to translate complex technical architectures into simple and intuitive user interactions
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong individual contributor with acute leadership skills
- Expert interaction design: define how experiences behave and our interaction model works
- Expert visual design: define visual language (typography, colour, layout, iconography and aesthetic)
- Objectiveâdriven with experience leading product direction
- Ability to articulate product decisions and present work to the broader team
- Ability to execute at speed, navigating the rapidly changing priorities of a growing startup
Location
Central London office (Chancery Lane). The team meets in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
