Your day to day:
- Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, urgency, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with our CTO and co-founder to conceive and design new features.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects while balancing short-term needs with long-term technical vision.
- Take ownership of delivering projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Build end-to-end features, fix bugs, improve infra, and support customers.
- Write backend TypeScript in Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes.
- Write frontend ReScript / JavaScript in React.js.
- Expand our third-party integration marketplace.
- Lead architectural planning and coordinate with teams.
- Support Customer Success, Sales, and marketing teams.
Skills:
- You have experience as a line manager or in a leadership role.
- You are a strong individual contributor with multiple years of experience in a full-stack web app development role (ideally SaaS).
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript and a passion for the language.
- Appreciation for design and digital product craftsmanship.
- Experience collaborating with product teams and designers, with a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
