We’re seeking a Content Marketing Manager who’s passionate about storytelling, strategy, and execution, someone who can craft narratives that position Humaans as the category leader at the intersection of AI, agentic technology, and HR. You’ll own our content strategy end-to-end, helping us build awareness, educate our audience, and drive meaningful engagement.
Focus/Ownership- Own and Evolve Our Content Strategy: Develop and manage a cohesive content strategy and calendar that supports company objectives, from product launches and brand campaigns to thought leadership and customer storytelling.
- Create Compelling, Insight-Led Content: Write and edit high-quality blogs, ebooks, newsletters, case studies, and customer stories that highlight our product’s impact and the broader trends shaping the future of work.
- Drive SEO and Organic Growth: Implement SEO and content optimization initiatives to enhance discoverability and authority.
- Lead Email and Newsletter Campaigns: Plan, write, and manage email campaigns across HubSpot, Intercom, and LinkedIn newsletters.
- Manage Social Content and Brand Presence: Oversee Humaans’ social media channels, ensuring our voice stays consistent, human, and insight-driven.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate company priorities into compelling narratives and campaigns.
- Proven Experience in Content Marketing: 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong portfolio of written content and experience managing multi-channel content programs.
- Exceptional Writing and Editing Skills: You can turn complex ideas into engaging, accessible stories.
- Strategic and Data-Driven: You think creatively and act analytically, using insights and performance metrics to shape content that drives results.
- Strong Project Management: You can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality and creativity.
- Collaborative and Curious: You enjoy working cross-functionally, learning from different teams, and adapting content to different audiences and goals.

This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
