About HUM2N

HUM2N is a physician-led longevity, preventative medicine and regenerative aesthetics company redefining how healthcare is delivered. We believe healthcare should start before disease. Our approach combines advanced diagnostics, precision and functional medicine, longevity science, regenerative medicine and evidence-led therapeutics to help our clients optimise how they look, feel and perform — now and over the long term. HUM2N operates across two London locations: our flagship Chelsea clinic and HUM2N at Six Senses London. We are entering our next stage of growth, with ambitions to establish HUM2N as one of the world's leading physician-led longevity brands. Our business spans personalised health programmes, longevity therapeutics, regenerative aesthetics, e-commerce, strategic partnerships, education and future international expansion.

The Role

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. HUM2N is an entrepreneurial, founder-led business evolving into a multi-site and internationally recognised longevity brand. We already have many of the ingredients for growth: two London locations, an established clinical model, specialist digital and PR agencies, in-house media capability, strategic partnerships and a growing portfolio of services and products. Your role is to bring these together into one coherent, high-performing marketing ecosystem. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior management team, with significant ownership across:

  • Content
  • Growth
  • Brand
  • Partnerships
  • Performance

We are particularly interested in someone with a strong content and social media background who also understands paid acquisition, funnels, CRM/email, conversion and performance marketing. You don't need to personally execute every specialist digital discipline. You do need to understand them well enough to brief, challenge and hold specialist agencies accountable for performance.

Content & Social

Content will be central to your role. You will own the overarching content strategy across HUM2N and Dr E, developing distinct but complementary platforms that build authority, audience, trust and demand. You will:

  • Develop and manage our content strategy and calendar
  • Lead content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, email and emerging channels
  • Work with our Head of Media to plan filming, production and distribution
  • Develop content pillars around longevity, preventative medicine, regenerative aesthetics, performance and healthy ageing
  • Translate complex science and medicine into intelligent, accessible content
  • Repurpose high-value content effectively across channels
  • Connect organic content with paid media, PR, partnerships and email
  • Use performance data to continuously improve output

We aren't interested in producing content simply to fill a calendar. Content should educate, differentiate, build authority and create demand.

Growth & Demand Generation

A central objective of the role is generating qualified demand across HUM2N's clinical and e-commerce businesses. For our clinics, this means driving qualified prospects into our complimentary Discovery Call across:

  • Precision Medicine and longevity programmes
  • Longevity therapeutics
  • Regenerative aesthetics

For e-commerce, you will work alongside our specialist agency to grow customer acquisition, conversion, repeat purchasing, average order value, lifetime value and revenue. You should understand the journey: Awareness - Engagement - Lead - Discovery Call - Consultation - Patient - Long-Term Client. We care less about vanity metrics and more about qualified acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value.

Agency & Performance Management

You will act as HUM2N's internal marketing lead across:

  • Our clinic digital agency managing website, paid Meta, funnels, email and lead generation
  • Our e-commerce agency managing Shopify, paid acquisition, CRM/email and conversion
  • Our PR agency managing media relations and thought leadership
  • Our retained Head of Media managing filming and content production

Your responsibility is to ensure these resources operate as one marketing ecosystem rather than separate suppliers. You should understand and confidently challenge metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPC, funnel conversion, lead quality, revenue attribution and customer lifetime value. You'll establish clear briefs, KPIs, budgets and accountability — and translate performance into decisions: What worked? Why? What didn't? What should we do next?

Partnerships

Partnership-led growth is an important part of HUM2N's strategy. You will help maximise existing strategic relationships, including Six Senses London, while developing relationships.
