Role Overview This role sits at the centre of people, practitioner performance, client journey optimisation and commercial delivery.

Working closely with the CEO and service leads across Precision Medicine, Longevity Therapies and Regenerative Aesthetics, you will ensure our teams, diaries and systems operate efficiently, while delivering an exceptional client experience and strong commercial performance.

We are particularly interested in candidates from premium medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery or private healthcare .
Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Operations & Performance

  • Oversee daily operational performance across Chelsea and Six Senses.
  • Manage rotas, practitioner availability, annual leave, sickness, lateness and staffing coverage.
  • Run daily morning meetings to ensure teams and clinics are prepared and focused on the day’s priorities.
  • Monitor practitioner diaries, utilisation, cancellations and available capacity.
  • Identify operational issues early and implement corrective action.
  • Produce regular operational and financial performance reporting for the CEO.
  • Commercial & Client Journey Performance
  • Drive performance against agreed clinic and service-line budgets.
  • Optimise the client journey from consultation → treatment → rebooking → retention .
  • Monitor conversion, rebooking, retention and practitioner utilisation.
  • Ensure treatment plans and client opportunities are followed up effectively.
  • Work with FOH, Concierge and practitioners to maximise appropriate treatment uptake and long-term client value.
  • Build a commercially focused performance culture while maintaining clinical integrity and premium service.
  • People & Team Leadership
  • Line manage the FOH Lead and oversee FOH and Concierge performance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and induction across clinical and operational teams.
  • Conduct and coordinate 1:1s, probation reviews and performance conversations.
  • Work with relevant service leads to manage practitioner performance.
  • Ensure teams complete required training and consistently meet HUM2N standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism and high performance.
  • Integrated Services & Practice Development
  • Work with the Aesthetics, Longevity Therapies and Precision Medicine Leads to improve service performance and integrate services around each client.
  • Develop appropriate cross-referral pathways across HUM2N’s service lines.
  • Ensure multidisciplinary client journeys are coordinated effectively.
  • Support the development and expansion of HUM2N’s Practice Privileges model and new specialist services.
  • Coordinate the operational onboarding and integration of approved visiting specialists and partners.
  • Referrers, Partnerships & Client Experience
  • Oversee the operational journey of clients introduced through key referrers and partnerships.
  • Track referrals through consultation, treatment and ongoing engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, responsiveness and client experience.
  • Oversee operational management of complaints and work with the Governance Lead on appropriate resolution and learning.
  • Systems & Project Management
  • Continually optimise booking, CRM, communication and practice-management workflows.
  • Ensure leads, treatment plans and follow-up actions have clear ownership.
  • Support the CEO with cross-functional projects involving different departments and service leads.
  • Track actions, owners and deadlines and ensure agreed initiatives are implemented effectively.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience managing a premium private medical or medical aesthetics clinic.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with revenue and performance KPIs.
  • Experience managing practitioners, FOH teams, rotas and clinic capacity.
  • Strong understanding of conversion, rebooking and client retention.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
  • Confidence holding clinicians and teams accountable for operational performance.
  • Strong numerical, reporting and project-management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of premium client service.
  • A proactive, organised and performance-driven approach.

Multi-site experience is advantageous, but we will consider an exceptional senior Clinic Manager or Practice Manager ready to step into a broader multi-site role.
Remuneration

£45,000–£55,000 basic salary + generous performance-related bonus , linked to agreed commercial and operational KPIs including budget achievement, utilisation, conversion, rebooking and staff and client retention.
