The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Head of Marketing role.

You are not stepping into a finished machine — you are building and owning it.

Your primary objective is clear:

To maximise return on total marketing spend (ROMS) while building a category‑defining brand.

You will have the autonomy to design, test, and optimise the entire marketing system , with direct accountability for revenue performance.

You will work closely with:

  • CEO (Founder) — vision, brand, strategic direction
  • CFO — budget allocation, efficiency, ROMS
  • Head of Sales — conversion, pipeline, revenue alignment

This is a commercial leadership role , not just a marketing function.

What You’ll Own

Growth, Revenue & ROMS

  • Own total marketing spend and its return across all channels
  • Build and optimise a high‑efficiency acquisition engine
  • Continuously improve:
    • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
    • Conversion rates
    • Customer lifetime value (LTV)
    • Marketing contribution to revenue
  • Align tightly with sales to ensure end‑to‑end funnel performance

Brand & Positioning

  • Define and evolve HUM2N’s brand strategy and market position
  • Build a category‑leading presence in longevity and preventative health
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Content & Demand Generation

  • Lead content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Translate clinical expertise into high‑performing, conversion‑driven content
  • Oversee creative across ads, landing pages, campaigns and brand assets

CRM & Retention

  • Own the full client lifecycle:
    • Lead → consultation → diagnostics → programme → retention
  • Build lifecycle marketing systems (email, SMS, automation)
  • Increase:
    • Conversion
    • Engagement
    • RetentionLTV

Data, Analytics & Decision‑Making

  • Build a clear KPI and reporting framework across:
    • ROMS
    • Revenue
    • Acquisition
    • Retention
  • Report weekly to CEO with actionable insights
  • Work with CFO to optimise budget allocation and performance

Team & Execution

  • Lead internal team (content, social, design)
  • Manage agencies (performance, creative, PR)
  • Remain hands‑on — this is a player‑coach role

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

  • Measurable increase in Return on Marketing Spend (ROMS)
  • Predictable, scalable acquisition engine across key channels
  • Strong alignment between marketing and sales performance
  • High‑performing content ecosystem driving both reach and conversion
  • Fully operational CRM and lifecycle system
  • Marketing infrastructure ready for international scale

About You

You are a commercially driven marketing operator — not just a strategist.

You Likely Have:

  • 5+ years in growth, performance, or brand‑led marketing
  • Experience owning budgets and being accountable for revenue outcomes
  • Background in premium / luxury / health / wellness / lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, funnels, and conversion
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with sales and finance
  • Strong aesthetic judgement and attention to detail

You Are:

  • Obsessed with performance and efficiency
  • Comfortable owning numbers, not just campaigns
  • Entrepreneurial and highly accountable
  • Able to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
  • Motivated by building something meaningful at scale

Nice to Have

  • Experience in longevity, healthcare, aesthetics or wellness
  • Experience scaling a startup or premium service business
  • Experience building marketing systems from early stage
