About the Role: As a Functional Nutritional Therapist , you will work closely with clients and our multidisciplinary team to create and implement tailored health optimisation plans. You’ll interpret advanced functional lab tests, develop supplement protocols, and provide unparalleled support throughout the client’s health journey. Additionally, you’ll assist the Medical Director with new service launches and program development to ensure we remain at the forefront of the wellness industry. Key Responsibilities Personalised Health Plans: Develop tailored Health Optimisation Plans within 1 hour of admin time per client appointment. Deliver all plans within 24 hours post-appointment to ensure client adherence. Create and refine supplement protocols based on functional lab results and health goals. Adjust treatment strategies to meet evolving client needs. Functional Testing and Interpretation: Conduct and interpret advanced functional tests, including gut barrier panels, nutrigenomics, comprehensive stool testing, and food sensitivity tests. Educate clients on their lab results, ensuring clarity and engagement. Integrate test findings into detailed, actionable treatment plans. Client Relationship Management: Manage clients’ journeys from consultation through program completion, ensuring seamless transitions between phases. Use personalised clienteling techniques to build trust and encourage long-term loyalty. Implement recall and reactivation strategies to re-engage past clients with a 30% success rate. Timely Communication: Respond to client queries and internal communications within 4 hours. Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to maintain client satisfaction. Support for New Services: Assist the Medical Director in developing and launching new health programs. Create client education resources and protocols for new services. Gather feedback on new offerings to drive continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, senior nutritional therapists, and aesthetic professionals to deliver cohesive care. Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing expertise and insights. Client Education: Educate clients on the principles of functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle optimisation. Support clients in setting achievable health goals, tracking progress, and celebrating milestones. What We’re Looking For Qualifications and Skills: Education: BSc/Diploma in Nutritional Therapy with 2 years of experience in functional medicine or related fields. Professional Requirements: Membership with BANT or equivalent. Professional Indemnity Insurance DBS certification and Healthcare Mandatory Training upon recruitment. Skills: Proficient in clinic software and IT systems for tracking client interactions. Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills.
