We are now seeking a high-potential Functional / Longevity Medicine Doctor to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a doctor who wants more than conventional practice. At HUM2N, you will:

- Develop skills across hormone optimisation, metabolic health, and aesthetic medicine

What You’ll Be Doing
Clinical Practice
- Conduct advanced consultations focused on longevity, optimisation, and root-cause medicine
- Design and implement personalised treatment plans
- Deliver therapies including advanced IV protocols, Transcranial stimulation, ozone, and HBOT
- Prescribe medications, peptides, and supplements where appropriate
- Perform — or train in — aesthetic and bioregenerative procedures, including skin remodelling, facial architecture, and regenerative therapies.
Patient Experience
- Build long-term therapeutic relationships
- Educate patients with clarity, confidence, and authority
- Deliver a premium, detail-oriented clinical experience
Clinical Governance
- Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
- Work within CQC, GMC, and internal governance frameworks
- Participate in MDT discussions and case reviews
Contribution to Growth
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Support brand development through occasional content or thought leadership

This Role Is NOT For
- Doctors seeking a purely protocol-driven or low-complexity clinical role

Requirements
- GMC registered with licence to practise
- MBBS (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months exposure to functional medicine, longevity therapies, or aesthetics
- Strong consultation and communication skills
Desirable
- AFMCP (IFM) or equivalent
- Experience in hormone optimisation
- Exposure to regenerative therapies (IV, ozone, peptides, HBOT)
- Aesthetic training or strong interest in developing this area
Compensation & Development
- Base: £40,000- £50,000 FTE (dependent on experience) + generous revenue share + performance-based bonus
- Structured mentorship from senior HUM2N clinicians
- Hands-on training in advanced longevity and regenerative medicine
- Clear pathway to progression as clinical responsibility and skillset expand
