This role is focused on proactively generating new business in the apprenticeship space, with a particular focus on Leadership and Management programmes.
At Hult Apprenticeships by Ashridge, we’re passionate about helping organisations unlock the potential of their people through high-quality, impactful apprenticeship programmes. As our Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert new employer partners to grow apprenticeship starts in line with our strategic objectives.
You’ll work collaboratively with marketing and apprenticeship delivery team but will lead on identifying and developing new partnerships with employers – especially those looking to make strategic use of their Apprenticeship Levy.
