Hult International Business School is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Experience Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in London. At Hult, we\’re committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our candidates across our diverse undergraduate and postgraduate program portfolio. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our digital and brand marketing strategy, working across channels to drive brand awareness, lead and enquiry generation, applications, and retention.

About the Role:

As the Senior Brand Experience Manager, you will take full responsibility for our global, integrated marketing communications plan spanning across all online and offline activities for our Postgraduate portfolio, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital and print channels.

Reporting to the Head of Experience, you will be part of the Experience Team and collaborate closely with our other Brand Experience Managers to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. This includes digital and print communication strategies, paid campaigns, and personalized email content strategies. You will take ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement to ensure our brand continues to grow and deliver results.

This is a London-based hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for a global, integrated marketing communications plan spanning across all online and offline activities for the candidate journey, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital and print channels.
  • Specialist experience in digital, social and campaign management a plus
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Content, Digital, BI, Marketing Automation, and Events, to deliver consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns, from briefing and planning through to execution and performance analysis.
  • Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Partner with the BI and MAT team to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including enquiries, applications, and other conversion metrics.
  • Drive audience segmentation strategies, ensuring targeted and personalized marketing approaches that align with candidate needs and program objectives.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of print materials, including brochures and other collateral, as part of an integrated marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Team to develop and refine personalized email content strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with the broader business strategy and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Conduct user/audience research and gather insights to better understand audience needs and improve personalization and messaging effectiveness.
  • Implement testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing) to continuously optimize campaign performance and engagement.
  • Provide strategic leadership on brand experience, guiding senior stakeholders on best practices and innovations in marketing.
  • Elevate Hult\’s brand awareness and reputation by ensuring all marketing initiatives align with and clearly communicate Hult\’s mission and values.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains innovative and competitive.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years+ working in marketing / brand / communications / campaign management
    • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Jira (or similar)
    • Experience of using CRM platforms like StoryBlok (or similar) and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau and Hotjar (or similar)
    • Experience of working across both print and digital campaigns
    • Highly adept at full Microsoft suite
    • Knowledge of UX and experience in using Figma for ideation, mapping journeys and collaboration (desirable)
    • Experience in using AI and AI tools (desirable)
    • Experience/knowledge of higher education (desirable)
