We are looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to join our fast‑moving and ambitious London team. You will be responsible for contacting and advising our candidates across Europe and as the first touch point with the school for many students seeking early admission. We rely on you to build our brand and reputation. We are looking for a confident, results‑driven salesperson who will bring experience and enthusiasm to a young team. You will enjoy being part of a young sociable office, be motivated to exceed your targets and want to be part of the school's continuing success story.
Responsibilities
- Make initial contact via phone and email with prospective HULT students
- Schedule one‑on‑one telephone and in‑person interviews
- Support recruitment with admissions and administrative procedures
- Provide advice and support by telephone to applicants
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, in line with the brand values and principles
- Consistently meet and exceed all team goals, targets and objectives
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Dutch and/or Scandinavian languages
- The candidate must have a clear interest to work in a very international environment
- Outgoing, ambitious and having a clear interest in sales
- Multitasking and flexibility are instrumental for success in the role
- Attention to details and positive attitude are key
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
