You will be responsible for developing existing recruitment channels, managing and converting a strong candidate pipeline, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the student experience and drive enrollment growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales and enrollment cycle for Hult’s Master’s Degree programs — from initial inquiry through to enrollment confirmation.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment and marketing strategies to attract prospective students from across Europe.
  • Drive high-conversion recruitment initiatives, events, and engagement campaigns.
  • Play a key role in supporting Campus Open House events and engage Spanish-speaking candidates to join our London campus.
  • Promote Hult’s globally recognized Master’s programs to qualified prospective students.
  • Guide candidates through the admissions and documentation process, ensuring applications meet eligibility requirements prior to admissions review.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, university partners, and parents, while representing Hult’s brand values and student‑first approach.
  • Represent Hult at recruitment fairs, networking events, and external engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • International experience — professional or personal — with a genuine passion for multicultural environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Target‑driven mindset with a passion for sales and student engagement.
  • Commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
