Hult is seeking impactful research-active faculty who are passionate about thought leadership and contributing to the scholarly academic community while also possessing a love for teaching business students. Our expectation is to hire at the Assistant level, but individuals with exceptional experience could be considered at the Associate level.

We are looking for enthusiastic and engaged educators who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • PhD or DBA directly related to the area of teaching from an accredited institution (or expected to be completed by Fall 2026)
  • Ability to teach core undergraduate courses to a global student population
  • Proven track record of publications or a strong pipeline of potential publications emerging from their doctoral program
  • Interest in publishing in both academic and practitioner journals, with an ambition to publish in higher-quality journals
  • Willingness to integrate into our community and help drive all aspects of the Hult educational experience, both inside and outside the classroom
  • Experience with, and commitment to, working in ways that support our values of teaching in an aligned, engaged, and inclusive manner
  • Professional experience in international business is highly desirable to bring relevant business practice into the classroom
