Hult is seeking impactful research-active faculty who are passionate about thought leadership and contributing to the scholarly academic community while also possessing a love for teaching business students. Our expectation is to hire at the Assistant level, but individuals with exceptional experience could be considered at the Associate level.

We are looking for enthusiastic and engaged educators who can show these qualifications:

  • PhD or DBA directly related to area of teaching from an accredited institution (or due to completed by Fall 2026)
  • ability/willingness to teach core undergraduate courses, delivered to a global student population.
  • exhibits a proven track record of publications (or a strong pipeline of potential publications emerging from their doctoral program)
  • is interested in publishing in both academic and practitioner journal, with an ambition on the higher quality journals.
  • to integrate into our community and help drive all aspects of the Hult educational experience, inside and outside the classroom.
  • is experienced with, and committed to, working in ways that support our commitment to teaching in an aligned, engaged and inclusive manner.
  • Professional experience in international business is highly desirable to bring direct, relevant business practice into the classroom.
