We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Application Manager to support the enrollment cycle for the global Masters team. This role ensures a seamless early-action experience for students from application to admission and retention, while providing critical administrative and conversion support to the Enrollment Advisors and Product Head.
Application & Admissions Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates during the application process, providing guidance on requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurate and up to date in Salesforce, including university name.
- Coordinate with Enrollment Advisors to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor candidate progress through each stage of the application funnel and proactively flag any bottlenecks.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide logistical and scheduling support for candidate interviews, events, and admissions-related meetings.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and data insights on application trends per region.
- Maintain organized Salesforce records, contracts, and candidate communications in line with university initiatives.
- Support enrollment outreach campaigns, where needed, and ensure communications are consistent, timely, and personalized.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Enrollment Advisors to align on outreach, engagement and retention strategies for Master’s candidates.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and processes to enhance the candidate experience and conversion efficiency.
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at every touchpoint.
Key Performance Indicators
- High accuracy and completeness rate for processed applications.
- Timely response to candidate queries and application-related tasks.
- Smooth coordination of admissions events and interviews.
- Strong internal stakeholder feedback on efficiency and reliability.
- Contribution to achieving or exceeding enrollment targets for Master’s programs
