Being both people and results focused, you create strong relationships and are not afraid to present in front of clients, but much of your work will be behind-the-scenes. Your skill and effort pay off each time your client is delighted with the program experience and outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to join our accomplished team in a varied role with responsibility and purpose, alongside interesting people in a global company committed to career development. The primary location is Ashridge House, with hybrid flexibility for working from the London office or from home when suitable.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the projects from a practical, financial, and logistical perspective in delivering an excellent experience to our clients and participants alike.
- Project Management
- Creating project activity plans and using these to ensure the delivery team understands deliverables, dates, progress, and risks.
- Ensuring best practice standards are followed to maximize value, quality, and innovation.
- Booking resources (people, venues, suppliers) and providing clear communication of information and expectations, contracting etc.
- Scheduling and managing the execution of in-scope project activities and deliverables.
- Creating and overseeing production of program portal and materials.
- Overseeing work of project members and contributors to ensure quality.
- Interpreting the project plan to identify logistical needs and dependencies, and opportunities for extra value.
- Holding regular project progress meetings and reporting; tracking actions and holding people to account.
- Ensuring project debriefs take place, feedback is gathered and used, and learnings are incorporated to improve quality, satisfaction, and learning.
- Financial Management
- Advising sales team on how to create accurate budgets with the client at contract stage.
- Running the project budget, monitoring spend vs plan to keep within budget, and working closely with Faculty (program director).
- Keeping internal systems (including Salesforce) up-to-date and accurate.
- Cost management – tracking and paying adjuncts and suppliers.
- Revenue management – raising invoices and ensuring timely payment, marking work complete for financial accounting.
- Active financial management – suggesting and implementing ways to reduce costs and increase margin.
- Client ideally Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and Opera.
- Business and commercial acumen; understanding of contracts and budgets.
- Excellent communicator and works well in a team.
- Have strong personal drive and energy.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a “nothing is impossible” mindset.

The main office is at Ashridge House. We work a hybrid style: four days at Ashridge House (Mon–Thurs) with the option to work from home on a Friday. If your clients are on site at Ashridge, you will be on site and may travel more often as needed.
