We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Principal/Associate Engineer to join our successful Plymouth team. Your role will be to support the Office Director in the management of the Team as well as winning work and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your technical skills in managing and delivering a wide range of projects while supporting the development of our engineers and influencing the continued expansion of the Electrical Team.

The office is experiencing a strong forward workload with excellent opportunities to contribute to the delivery of projects in sectors including further and higher education, healthcare, mixed use developments, leisure, residential and hotel projects. Our team works with a strong client base, and securing new talent in the business allows us to continue to secure these exciting schemes.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and design experience, have excellent communication and IT skills, and ideally hold Chartered Engineer status. You will also have the ability to manage resources and lead Teams by managing the workload of the Electrical Team whilst helping develop their skills by sharing your knowledge and offering guidance when required.
