The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for an outgoing individual, with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our food and beverage team.
Working across our three service areas, this supervisory role involves assisting the management team in placing orders, guiding and instructing team members, pro-actively ensuring that weekly & monthly paperwork is completed, as well as taking orders and payments, making drinks, serving orders, clearing, preparing for functions, taking bookings and planning ahead. Duties will also include opening or closing the service areas each day as required. The successful candidate will become a key holder, with training, and be responsible for building lock up on the occasions it is required.
Hospitality industry relevant experience is essential, including cellar maintenance, bar, restaurant & events service and basic food safety. Barista coffee training would be a plus but can be given if required. You will need to be a team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service.
You must be able to fit into a flexible working pattern over a variety of shifts across a 7 day rota (including evenings and weekends).
