- Essential criteria
- Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy i.e. degree
- HPC Registration
- Driver with access to vehicle OR demonstrable means of independently travelling to patient's residences in the community.
- Desirable criteria
- Relevant post-graduate qualification or studies - i.e. PG Cert/Diploma/recognised relevant courses
- Experience
- Essential criteria
- Able to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months recent NHS experience
- Evidence of clinical physiotherapy experience in acute hospital environment in the NHS/UK
- Evidence of involvement in supporting other staff/students
- Desirable criteria
- Evidence of completion of student educators course at a UK learning institution
- Skills and Knowledge
- Essential criteria
- Demonstrable knowledge of NHS discharge systems and processes
- Evidence of achievement of relevant B5 core physiotherapy competencies in current role
- Desirable criteria
- Evidence of achievement of Respiratory/on-call competencies in current/recent role
