Reach Solutions is recruiting for an agency business manager to join our award-winning Reach Studio. We are looking for a first-rate media sales person who is able to give us an unfair advantage in winning content partnership briefs. This role is looking after the Group M patch, so connections with and experience of working with these agencies would be an advantage.
At Reach Solutions we play a crucial part in delivering the commercial performance of the business. Our customer value strategy and acclaimed editorial and content teams ensure that our audience is at the heart of everything we do. Reach Studio is our new multimedia content hub, bringing together editorial and commercial talent that delivers award-winning content partnerships for clients, with a particular focus on AV (video and podcasts).
Duties include:
- Increasing number of briefs
- Increasing conversion rates on pitches
- Improving the quality of briefs from effective agency relationships
- Developing proactive opportunities
- Selling in work that transforms our reputation
- Collaborate with and support all areas of our business to drive revenues and profitability
- Ensure a high industry profile of Reach Solutions Invention team within the UK media marketplace
- Create & implement commercial media plans that bring creative ideas to life

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a media owner or media agency environment, with a proven track record in sales strategy and revenue growth.
Numerical & Commercial Acumen: Highly numerate with excellent commercial thinking skills, able to identify revenue opportunities and accurately report performance.
Industry Relationships: Strong profile in the media industry with established, influential relationships across agency planning and content teams. Experience with Group M is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively, building robust networks of internal stakeholder relationships.
Cultural Advocacy: An advocate for Reach Solutions’ principles and behaviors, embodying values such as Collaboration, Imagination, Determination, Excellence & Professionalism.
Personality & Influence: High-impact, engaging personality with the energy and drive to effect change and influence outcomes at a fast pace.
Marketplace Knowledge: Strong understanding of the branded content marketplace, as well as Digital, National, and Regional Press media within the Reach portfolio.
Media Landscape Understanding: Good understanding of how Reach products fit into the wider UK media marketplace.
