The Role

You’ll be the welcoming face of our service, and will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, by email and via social media
  • Support new and existing members with general enquiries
  • Process payments, memberships and facility bookings
  • Monitor facility access and hire out equipment
  • Carry out general administration including filing, mail handling, using photocopiers, updating noticeboards and maintaining accurate records
  • Promote offers and contribute to a positive, energetic customer experience
  • Work closely with colleagues and Duty Managers to ensure smooth daily operations

Working Pattern

This is a part time role with salary pro-rated in line with part time hours. You will work 18.25 hours per week on a regular five-week rota, with shifts falling anytime between:

  • Weekdays: 6:30am – 22:30pm
  • Weekends: 8:30am – 19:30pm
