McBride Sport is partnering with Hull KR to appoint a new Head of Commercial at a pivotal moment in the club's history. This is an opportunity to take one of the fastest-growing brands in British sport and turn unprecedented sporting success into long-term commercial growth.
In 2025, Hull KR completed a historic treble, winning the League Leaders' Shield, Challenge Cup and Super League Grand Final. In February 2026, the club became World Club Champions by defeating Brisbane Broncos.
Hull KR is seeking a commercially driven leader to build on five years of exceptional growth and help shape the club's next chapter. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the commercial strategy, performance and people across sponsorship, hospitality, advertising, and events. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-value partnerships, expanding commercial reach beyond East Hull and creating sustainable, year-round income streams that strengthen the club's competitive advantage. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, influence and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Leading and growing the club's commercial department
- Delivering ambitious revenue and profit targets across sponsorship, hospitality, advertising and events
- Securing major multi-year partnerships and attracting new premium commercial partners
- Building outstanding relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
- Developing new revenue streams and commercial products
- Leading key club events and commercial activations
- Managing departmental budgets, processes and commercial performance
- Developing a high-performing commercial team aligned to the club's "One Team, One Club" culture
