We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious coach drivers to join our friendly team and become part of our UK & European tour operations programme.

As one of the UK’s leading coach tour operators we are looking for drivers who enjoy working with people, have a flexible schedule and enjoy European and UK travel.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Caledonian, it is essential that you have a pleasant nature and you take great pride in providing excellent customer service, you must be willing to go the extra mile to improve the customer experience.

You must have a passion for customer service and be able to maintain professional and polite communication with customers at all times.

Essential requirements

  • You must be in possession of a full PCV licence, driver CPC and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
  • You enjoy meeting people and making a positive impact during every customer contact.
  • A good listener who has a natural instinct to assess customer needs and resolve queries.
  • A great communicator, with a collaborative approach
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload.
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude
