Hull College is seeking an Employment Advisor to mentor learners into sustainable employment.
The role covers 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a salary of £28,394 per annum and 31 days annual leave.
You will build relationships with local employers, provide 1:1 support, and help learners achieve their employment goals through guided opportunities.
You will manage a caseload, conduct initial assessments, support with interviews and applications, and record all activity for quality
