We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking leader to create and deliver our Trust-wide Estates & Facilities Strategy, strengthening the quality, safety and efficiency of our learning environments across all schools. What You’ll Lead

  • Setting the strategic direction for estates, facilities, compliance and H&S across the Trust.
  • Ensuring an efficient, well-managed estate that supports outstanding education every day.
  • Driving innovation in sustainability, carbon reduction and energy efficiency.
  • Overseeing capital projects, contractor performance and operational improvement programmes.
  • Leading Site Facilities Managers to deliver high-quality, consistent and reliable day-to-day services.

What You’ll Bring

  • NEBOSH General Certificate and IWFM Level 4 (or equivalent).
  • Strong estates or facilities leadership experience across multiple sites.
  • Confidence in compliance, project delivery, and contractor management.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
