Hull City are looking to recruit Retail Admin on a fixed term contract for 1 year, to join our team at Tiger Leisure, based at the MKM Stadium. The Retail Admin role supports the efficient running of Hull City AFC’s retail operation by maintaining accurate stock records, processing wholesale and internal orders, supporting stock control activity, and ensuring retail system information is kept up to date. The role is key to helping the retail team deliver accurate availability, strong operational standards, and a smooth service across all retail branches.
Pay: £16,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: 24 Hours per week

Your key responsibilities:
- Manage goods-in receipt processes, ensuring deliveries are checked, recorded accurately, and any discrepancies are escalated promptly.
- Process wholesale orders from receipt through to completion, including order entry, stock allocation, picking documentation, invoicing support, and communication with HoR and finance department.
- Take responsibility for stocktake preparation, coordination, recording, and follow-up actions to ensure stock accuracy across retail locations.
- Carry out and maintain regular perpetual inventory (PI) counts, investigating variances and updating records where required.
- Support stock re-orders for current retail lines by liaising with retail management, identifying replenishment needs, and assisting with supplier or internal ordering processes.
- Create and maintain new products within the retail system, ensuring product descriptions, prices, barcodes, categories, and stock details are accurate.
- Record and monitor stock transfers between branches, ensuring movement of stock is accurately reflected in the retail system.
- Maintain accurate retail admin records, including delivery notes, transfer logs, stock adjustments, and order documentation.
- Support the Retail Manager and wider retail team with reporting, stock analysis, and administrative tasks as required.
- Help ensure retail processes are followed consistently and that stock data is reliable, timely, and fit for purpose.
Working Relationships: The Retail Admin will work closely with the Retail Manager, shop and online colleagues, finance and staff across the club to ensure stock and order processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
