Hull City Council is seeking a Head of Estates to lead the Council's commercial land and property portfolio, managed workspace centres and development sites. You will shape strategy, drive investment, income growth and public value while guiding a high‑performing team.

Based in the Property and Assets Service, you will influence policy, deliver a Property Delivery Plan, and oversee major investments in partnership with anchor institutions and investors, including the Yorkshire Energy Park.
