Hull City Council is seeking a full-time, permanent role to support young people aged 13β19 (up to 25 with SEND) who are NEET or at risk of NEET.
You will provide advice, information, guidance and intensive support to help them access education, training and employment opportunities.
You will establish strong links with schools, colleges, training providers and Job Centre Plus, maintain CCIS records, and report to Df E and KHCC while promoting participation and safeguarding welfare.
