Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Early Help Family Worker to join the 11-19 Early Help Family Service within Hull City Council, working 30 hours a week.
You will work with young people, families, and carers creatively to deliver a wide range of evidence-based interventions to meet their support needs. You will have experience in completing Whole Family Assessments and be skilled in creating support plans using SMART goals. You will work collaboratively with a multi-agency team, including internal and external services. The role is based in a Family Hub across the city, with visits to homes, schools, and community venues.
You will undertake the Lead Worker role for families requiring Level 3, Targeted Early Help Support. Experience working with children, young people, and their families/carers is essential.
You must have a relevant Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Social Care, Education, Health, Early Years, Youth, or Community Work, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
