We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Night Care Workers. The main duties of this role are to provide care and support to meet individuals' physical, emotional, and social needs based on their individual support plan to keep them safe and well.
You must have direct experience of caring for adults, either in a paid or voluntary setting. It is essential to have good communication skills and the ability to listen and act on individual needs and preferences to provide the best support. You will ensure that the person's values, rights, choices, and dignity are met at all times.
You will need to hold a care certificate, level 2 care apprenticeships, or equivalent, or the ability and willingness to achieve this. This position requires working shifts on a rota basis, including bank holidays and weekends. We operate twenty-four seven, 365 days a year.
