Sort, prepare, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail across Council buildings, sites, and elected members\’ homes throughout the city.

Carry out clerical duties including scanning, data input, and general office tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Use Council systems to manage workflow and ensure timely processing of documents.

Deliver documents and packages by foot and via Council vehicle, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
