Job Description:
A new role exists in the Finance Team at Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd, to provide financial management support to service areas across the company with a focus on income, commerciality, and performance.
The post holder provides close support to the Finance and Performance Manager in compiling and preparing financial management information and leading/assisting with the preparation of grant claims, financial monitoring, board reports, and grant management, adhering to contractual and regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Leads on the development, collation, and preparation of performance management information across the organisation, ensuring the effective and accurate data collection and reporting of performance statistics, adhering to set deadlines.
Provides advice and support to Directors and managers on managing and monitoring the company’s retail provision across services, including procurement, stock, and cash management, and budget monitoring. Drives income and develops the commerciality of the provision, working with staff from every area to increase income from retail sales, commercial hires, and other income-generating activities.
