Overview
To work within a small team providing an efficient, responsive, high quality technical and general clerical service to staff of the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team and in particular responding to requests for service from the public via the Council’s Call Centre, and entering service requests for the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for service from the public via the Council’s Call Centre and enter service requests for the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team.
 - Remain calm, diplomatic and approachable in stressful and pressurised situations and deal with people showing a variety of emotions including aggression, whilst providing an effective service.
 - deputise for the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team Coordinator in his/her absence.
 
Working hours
Contracted hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour lunch; Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm with an hour lunch.
