This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is seeking a new challenge, to support our newly created Social Care Academy. You will support the overall aims of the Adult’s Social Care Academy through programmes of work leading on coordinating early career and professional development programmes (ASYE, preceptorship, apprenticeships, student placements, return to practice, care certification etc) contributing to ensuring high-quality practice across the service. You will also co-ordinate the activities and placements of all students, apprentices and newly qualified professionals providing opportunities for peer support and shared learning.

Qualifications:
- Experience of working in an adult social care or health setting, as well as overseeing or coordinating the professional development of others.
- Relevant Level 5 qualification in social care, health or education or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience.
