Children's Social Care are recruiting to a Team Coordinator position to provide a high quality, efficient and responsive business support to children's homes based throughout the city. Team Coordinators are actively involved in day-to-day administrative support, excellent organisational skills are required, an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines. You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills and have experience of working in a busy environment.

Responsibilities of a Team Coordinator include:

  • Arranging complex meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Processing requests for services
  • Financial payments
  • Updating information on Liquidlogic

GCSE standard English and Maths or Literacy & Numeracy Award equivalent is essential. You must have excellent IT experience. The role can be emotionally demanding and you must be able to maintain confidentiality. Hybrid working arrangements are in place.
