We are seeking a highly motivated, conscientious, and efficient individual to join the Independent Reviewing Service as part of Children and Family Services. This is a fast-paced role where you'll play a vital part in supporting professionals, ensuring that services run smoothly and customers receive the highest standard of support.

Responsibilities

  • Organising and collating paperwork for Child Protection Conferences.
  • Answering and screening telephone calls, some of a difficult nature.
  • Organising Lado meetings of a confidential nature.
  • Using the Liquid Logic Database to input information and extract information.
  • Co-ordinating and organising Child Looked After Care Reviews.
  • Covering the generic e-mail inboxes in the team and actioning and forwarding on requests received.
  • Taking the minutes of confidential meetings.
