Are you able to contribute to achieving our vision of enabling people to have a life not a service?This role is instrumental in the development and review of policies and procedures across the service.
There are a number of areas of work that you will support such as reviewing our ASC policies, preparation for Local Authority assurance framework, implementation of Liberty Protection Safeguards and ensuring regular policy updates on the Hull APPP (Adults Policies, Procedures and Practice resource).
You will be required to research latest social policy developments and best practice and provide specialist knowledge relating to legislation.
The successful candidate will hold a degree or have equivalent level of experience, along with a detailed understanding of Department of Health & Social Care policy in relation Adult Social Care.
You will possess specialist skills and well-developed knowledge to provide in-depth support, in addition to having a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
