The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will support the overall aims of the Adult's Social Care Academy through programmes of work leading on co-ordinating early career and professional development programmes (ASYE, preceptorship, apprenticeships, student placements, return to practice, care certification etc) contributing to ensuring high-quality practice across the service.
You will also co-ordinate the activities and placements of all students, apprentices and newly qualified professionals providing opportunities for peer support and shared learning.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in an adult social care or health setting, as well as overseeing or coordinating the professional development of others.
- Relevant Level 5 qualification in social care, health or education, or be able to demonstrate the appropriate level of relevant experience.
