Hull City Council Health and Wellbeing Team seeks a full-time, permanent Early Help Officer (Education). The postholder will work across health, education, social care, family help and VCSE services to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families, and to empower schools and colleges to implement national and local policy developments and system reforms. The role may require a Standard or Enhanced DBS disclosure; the candidate must declare full details of everything on their application.
